2017 - On behalf of he Arthur M. Blank Foundation Audience Building Roundtable, myself and a group of four other Georgia Tech students conducted interviews with the staff and members of Wonder Root to gather information about the organization and their business model.  We Analyzed feedback using task analyses, hierarchy of needs, and powers of ten frameworks to distill insights about Wonder Root and proposed solutions to the Audience Building Roundtable to help Wonder Root strengthen their internal community and better market their business model to non-members
